李荣凤研究员简介
在国内主要从事家畜体外受精、胚胎代谢机理和细胞核移植等研究工作。先后参加、主持了十余项国家和自治区级科研项目、两项国际合作项目。在主持内蒙古自治区自然科学基金项目“体细胞核移植技术在优质高产奶牛快速繁育中的应用”过程中,培育出两头健康的体细胞克隆牛,使内蒙古自治区在这一领域的研究达到了国际前沿。 在密苏里大学的研究主要集中于猪体细胞的遗传修饰及克隆和猪胚胎冷冻保存技术攻关。作为主要完成人之一,成功获得了hfat-1转基因猪,该论文发表在《Nature Biotechnology》上,并被美国著名的科学杂志《Discover》评为2006年全球百大科学新闻的第38位。作为第一作者于2006年利用显微操作去脂法培育出世界首批经胚胎冷冻保存的体细胞克隆转基因猪。在此基础上,于2007年发明了一种无需显微操作的早期胚胎去脂方法,培育了世界第一批非显微去脂法冷冻保存的体外受精猪。该项技术的国际专利申请已进入实审阶段(US61/190,515)。 目前主要从事哺乳动物体细胞克隆(机理和应用)及转基因研究工作。主持国家863项目“高效基因连续敲除技术”、国家自然科学基金项目“哺乳动物雌性和雄性基因组复制的研究”和内蒙古自治区自然科学基金重大项目“建立肌生成抑制素(MSTN)基因敲除肉牛的研究”等多项研究课题。同时作为参加单位负责人,参加转基因生物新品种培育重大专项 “转基因新技术新方法研究”和“高产转基因肉牛新品种培育”两个项目的研究工作。 发表学术论文30余篇,其中15篇为SCI收录,总影响因子超过50。所发表论文已被引用222次,其中他引193次(截止2009年11月)。作为副主编出版专著一部《家畜性别控制技术》(科学出版社,2009)。目前被两个国际SCI学术期刊《Theriogenology》和《Reproduction in Domestic Animals》指定为特邀审稿人。
