Email:morigenm@life.imu.edu.cn 一、研究领域和兴趣: 1. DNA复制调控分子机理、基因表达、代谢和细胞周期。 DNA复制是个严格控制的细胞过程,与细胞周期的其它环节密切协调。复制起始的准确时空调控是一个正常细胞周期开始的必要条件。准确DNA复制使子细胞得到完整的遗传物质,以此将遗传信息从亲代完整的传给子代。本实验室主要以大肠杆菌为模式生物研究DNA复制调控分子机理,复制与基因表达、代谢和细胞周期其它环节之间的联系和协调。 2. 癌细胞DNA复制与基因组稳定性。 DNA复制差错或异常(过多或过少)复制会降低基因组稳定性,并由此可能引发细胞癌变或发育缺陷。根据2006年的统计,人细胞有165种蛋白质参与DNA复制,38种疾病与DNA复制差错有关。最近美国科学家发现干扰DNA复制起始负调控蛋白质Geminin的表达会选择性地抑制癌细胞生长。这对开发和发展抗癌药物意义重大。本实验室将逐步开展癌细胞DNA复制与基因组稳定性等方面的研究工作。 Research interests: 1.
