     1991获内蒙古科技进步三等奖;1995年获国家教委科技进步三等奖;1990年获内蒙古大学教学成果二等奖;1996年获内蒙古大学优秀教学成果特等奖;1997年获内蒙古教学成果奖一等奖;1997年内蒙古大学科技进步奖一等奖 ;1996年获内蒙古大学优秀教学成果二等奖;1998年获内蒙古科技进步三等奖。

    1992年被国务院授予政府特殊津贴;1992年获内蒙古自治区有突出贡献的中青年专家称号;1993年被评为全国教育系统劳动模范、并授予人民教师奖章 1994年获国家有突出贡献的中青年专家称号;1997年获内蒙古自治区优秀回国人员奖。

科研情况:
近年来主持"异质结构界面声子 电子相互作用及相关问题"、"半导体三元混晶光学振动与电子耦合问题"、 "电子声子相互作用对半导体势垒隧穿的影响"、"光学声子辅助双势垒隧穿及相关输运问题"、"异形量子阱电子-声子相互作用及相关理论问题"等国家自然科学基金项目?quot; 晶格振动对电子表面态的影响"等内蒙自然科学基金项目。1996年主编并撰写学术专著一部。2000年出版“高等统计力学导论”、“统计热力学”等教材。
