Recently, the 15th China Industry-University-Research Cooperation Innovation Conference was grandly held in Beijing. Distinguished attendees included Wan Gang, Vice Chairman of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and Chairman of the China Association for Science and Technology; Han Qide, Vice Chairman of the 12th National Committee of the CPPCC and academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences; Gu Shengzu, Vice Chairman of the 13th National Committee of the CPPCC, as well as representatives from various sectors including the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Intellectual Property Administration, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the China Association for Science and Technology, and the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce. The conference solemnly recognized advanced units and individuals who have made contributions in the deep integration of industry, university, and research in 2023. Prof. Dong A Li De Er Tu from the College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at IMU was honored with the China Industry-University-Research Cooperation Innovation Award.
The China Industry-University-Research Cooperation Innovation and Promotion, supported by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the National Science and Technology Awards Office, is the highest honor in the Chinese industry-university-research collaboration community.
This award includes five categories: "Outstanding Contribution to Industry-University-Research Cooperation Award" "Innovation in Industry-University-Research Cooperation Award" "Promotion of Industry-University-Research Cooperation Award" "Craftsmanship Spirit in Industry-University-Research Cooperation Award" and "Innovative Achievement in Industry-University-Research Cooperation Award" . These awards aim to recognize advanced units and individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the deep integration of government, industry, university, research, finance, and application, guide various innovation entities in establishing correct values, strengthen social responsibility, and foster a healthy innovation ecosystem.
Prof. Dong A Li De Er Tu is a doctoral supervisor, the Vice Dean of Graduate College at IMU, and Director of the Dairy Product Quality and Safety Control Technology Engineering Research Center under the Ministry of Education. He has received numerous accolades, including the China Industry-University-Research Cooperation Innovation Award and the Special Prize of Inner Mongolia Natural Science Award. Additionally, he has been selected for the "Grassland Talent" project of the Inner autonomous Region, recognized as an Innovative and Entrepreneurial Young Talent of the autonomous region, and included in the New Century "321 Talent Project" of the autonomous region. He is also the recipient of the Wukeli Outstanding Young Teacher Award from Inner Mongolia University.He serves as the Associate Editor of the journal Polym. Polym. Comp. and as a young editorial board member for journals such as Rare Met., Materials Review, and the China Dairy Industry Journal. He is a committee member of the Antimicrobial Industry Branch of the National Health Industry Enterprise Management Association, a member of the China Biomedical Materials Society, a director of the Inner Mongolia Dairy Association, a committee member of the Autonomous Region Fresh Milk Price Coordination Committee, and a committee member of the Autonomous Region Dairy Product Industry Metrology Technology Committee. He has hosted more than 20 projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Outstanding Youth Cultivation Fund of the Autonomous Region Natural Science Foundation, the Autonomous Region Science and Technology Plan Project, and horizontal projects with enterprises such as Sinopec, Yili Group, and Mengniu Dairy. He has published more than 100 academic papers in journals such as Chem. Rev., Adv. Sci., Prog. Polym. Sci., Chem. Sci., Food Control, LWT-Food Sci. Technol., and has obtained 12 authorized patents. He has completed the transformation of 4 technological achievements and participated in setting 1 international standard, 1 national standard, and 1 group standard. Furthermore, he has authored 7 books and 1 software copyright.
Prof. Dong A Li De Er Tu is deeply rooted in the northern borders of the motherland, focusing on the two major events for the autonomous region's "Five Major Tasks" and comprehensive construction of a model autonomous region. He is dedicated to tackling key technologies in the field of dairy product quality and safety control,leading his team to overcome difficulties. Through interdisciplinary integration and industry-university-research collaborative innovation, he is determined to boost the high-quality development of local advantageous and characteristic industries, contributing to the local economic and social development.
