On May 5th, Baoyinhexige, the professor of School of Aerospace Engineering in Tsinghua University, doctoral supervisor and winner of National Outstanding Youth Fund, gave a lecture on “Career and Pursuit” for students in College of Mongolian Studies at the invitation of our school. ErhenBayar, Vice President of Inner Mongolia University and the dean of College of Mongolian Studies, attended the lecture. There were nearly 300 audiences present, including Secretary of the Party General Branch Jin Hu, Deputy Secretary Bage, Vice Dean Sudebilige and ErDun Hada and some young teachers and students.

The lecture was conducted in the way of interview. The host asked professor Baoyinhexige questions from the aspects of his path to success, the growing environment of his family, the study plans during his college, the choice of aerospace engineering, the experience of studying aboard, the elements of success, the advice to the Mongolian undergraduates and so on. He answered these questions respectively.
When the host asked professor Baoyinhexige what suggestions he had to the Mongolian undergraduates, he said that firstly they should have their own dreams and goals and to be a person with positive energy; secondly, as a Mongolian, they should have a deep understanding about the history and culture of their nation and carry forward with it; thirdly, they should develop good manners to respect teachers and abide by social morality with gratefulness.
Professor Sudebilige, the Vice Dean of College of Mongolian Studies, summarized the lecture.
