2016 Grass Roots Party Committee Secretary Reviewing Conference was held on the afternoon of February 19th. Party Committee Secretaries from 18 departments reported their work. Almost 90 people were present covering principles in sections of China Party, authorities and mass group, members of Party and government offices, directors of teaching units and representatives of democratic parties, public figures outside the party, and faculty representatives. Furthermore, Secretary Zhu presided over meeting and drew a conclusion.
Party Committee Secretaries in all departments made the accountability of strengthening Party self-discipline into reality, launched learning education Two Studies One Action and submitted written reports on prominent problems related to rectifying and reforming primary-level Party construction meeting ahead in line with request of Party construction of Central Party Committee and Autonomous Region Party Committee. They dissected problems and causes, which exist in Party construction and explicated following working concepts. Then Secretary Zhu made comments after taking their reports in the meanwhile attendees filled reviewing evaluation forms of Party construction of 18 party organizations of grassroots after checking written report and listening to report.
In summary, Secretary Zhu fully affirmed achievement that Party Committee of all schools made in party construction in previous year and indicated existing problems. He asked secretaries of primary party organizations paid attention to reformation targeted on problems and bearded entity responsibility down to earth and planned party organizations this year and put into practice the spirit of meeting and strived to increase incessantly the scientific level of party construction at grass root.

He put forward requirement of construction work and also asserted that we had to fully adhere to the 18th CPC of NPC, fourth, fifth and sixth plenary session of eighteenth Congress and spirit of General Secretary’s remark and firmly establishing five notions for development. We shall made requirement of strengthening Party self-discipline practicable and focusing on inspecting and reforming feedback tasks by enhancing education on thoughts and theories, value guiding, perfecting work system for party construction at grass root and consolidating party committee so as to provide thinking, political and organizing safeguard for Double First-Rate and reform and development of educational cause.
