On January 5th, an evaluation group of Archives Bureau of Inner Mongolia including Xu Chunyang, deputy director of Archives Bureau of Inner Mongolia, Wang Xiaoping, director of Archives Bureau of Inner Mongolia, Zhang Ye, researcher, and director Qiao Sibai came to IMU to evaluate and accept the archive work.

At 9 a.m., the evaluation meeting was held in the VIP room in the National Museum. Zhao Ji, the vice president, attended the conference and gave a welcome speech. Wang Xiaoping, commissioner, presided over the evaluation meeting. Librarian Liu Shi, deputy director Zhang Guirong, deputy director Bao Yulai, deputy director of Library and Information Technology Department Li Hua, deputy director of Library and information technology department director card service center Hao Li, director of the archives management department Zhu Yuming, the school archives staff, archives branch director and teacher representatives attended the meeting.

The evaluation group inspected the archive work by listening to the reports, on-the-spot investigation, and searching the text basis.

Through the inspection, the evaluation group agreed that the work of our school archives reached the requirement of “Methods of Evaluation Archives Work in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region” and “Evaluation Standard of Archives Work in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region”, and the school archives work went smoothly through the assessment, obtaining a plaque of “The First-level Unit in the Evaluation Work of Archives in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region”
