In January 23rd, the 2016 Review Conference of Secretary of the Party Committee Grasp Party Building at the Grassroots Level of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region’ universities was held in Hohhot. Secretary of the Party Committee of Inner Mongolia University Zhu Bingwen, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President Chen Guoqing, Secretary of the Committee for Discipline Inspection Li Xiuliang, the responsible comrades of the Organization Department and Propaganda Department, and representatives of teachers and students attended the meeting.

On the conference, Secretary of the Party Committee of 21 colleges and universities of the autonomous region focused on carrying out the first responsibility of Party building work, implementing the overall responsibility to run the Party strictly and the “1+3” system, promote main tasks of grass-roots Party building, strengthening Party building work, and analyzing the solution of the main problems and other aspects of the work. After the statements of each Secretary of the Party Committee of 21 colleges and universities, Secretary of Working committee of the education system in the autonomous region, Secretary of the Working Committee in university, Director of the Department of Education, Secretary of the Branch Committee comment one by one. Before the end of the conference, more than 200 delegates from the higher education system make written comments on their own colleges and universities work.

He summarizes the overall situation of our party building work in 2016, and describes the main problems existing at the same time and the next step later from the following eight aspects: grassroots Party building “the first person responsibility”, carrying out learning “studies on the theoretical and practical issues of Party building”, doing the main tasks of grass-roots Party building, strengthen ideological work, strictly grasping the construction of leading cadres and Party members, implementing the two responsibilities to run the Party strictly, strengthen the system construction, striving to do the United Front work, and checking the implementation and the rectification of the prominent problems,.
