A conference on work about China’s fourth national economic census was held at Inner Mongolia University (IMU) in Hohhot, the capital of North China’s Inner Mongolia autonomous region on March 5.
The economic census aims to identify the latest changes and features of the Chinese economy and help fine tune the authenticity of statistical data. China has implemented three national economic censuses to date, conducted in 2004, 2008, and 2013 respectively.
A total of 40 attendees from IMU’s relevant department and units participated in the conference to learn knowledge about national economic census and affirm their own work related to the economic census.
