4th Summit on Digital Governance concludes in IMU

Over 90 experts and scholars from academia and government departments attended the 4th Summit on Digital Governance at Inner Mongolia University (IMU) in Hohhot July 20 and 21.

The summit in the capital of North China’s Inner Mongolia autonomous region was held to discuss five main topics on digital governance in five sub-forums.

During the summit, some of the attendees visited Huawei cloud data center and Shengtang Information Technology Co Ltd in Ulaanqab to learn about the current situation and future planning in big data development and the application of big data in Hohhot.

Some of the experts held a discussion with leaders of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Government Service Bureau, exchanging views on such topics as digital governance, construction of government service platforms, and government service and business environments.

The summit is expected to enable academic experts and scholars to discuss the issues related to digital governance comprehensively and deeply, and to promote the academic field and government departments to build theories about digital governance and to work toward building a digital government.
