From July 16 to 17, 2021, the 10th Summit on the Frontier Research of Social Sciences of Chinese Colleges was successfully held in Ulanqab City of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It was sponsored by the editorial office of the Journal of Social Sciences of Chinese Colleges and co-organized by the School of Public Management of IMU and the Division of Science and Technology of Jining Normal University.
Present at the summit are experts and scholars from about 10 colleges and research institutions including the Ministry of Education Research Center for the Social Sciences Development of Chinese Colleges, Minzu University of China, the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Beijing Normal University, Nankai University, South China Agricultural University, Guizhou Minzu University, Inner Mongolia University and Jining Normal University. The theme of the summit is the Communist Party of China and formation and perfection of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Centering round the theme, the attendees gave their distinctive opinions and had profound discussions at the summit.

Wang Binglin, director of the Ministry of Education Research Center for Social Sciences Development of Chinese Colleges and editor-in-chief of the Journal of Social Sciences of Chinese Colleges, addresses the summit and delivers a keynote speech.

Li Shulin, president of Jining Normal University, addresses the summit.

Bai Weijun, deputy dean of the School of Public Management of IMU who is in charge of the school, delivers a speech.
During the summit, the Ministry of Education Research Center for the Social Sciences Development of Chinese Colleges donated The Readings of the Revolutionary Spirit of the Communist Party of China respectively to the School of Public Management of IMU, Jining Normal University and Battle of Jining Memorial Hall. The summit attendees visited the Battle of Jining Memorial Hall and Jining Hall of the Communist Party of China History.

The Ministry of Education Research Center for the Social Sciences Development of Chinese Colleges donated The Readings of the Revolutionary Spirit of the Communist Party of China to the School of Public Management of IMU.
