IMU undergraduates impress with academic achievements

Research papers written by undergraduates from IMU’s School of Life Sciences are published in renowned periodicals. [Photo/imu.edu.cn]

A research paper by Hu Bosu, an Inner Mongolia University (IMU) undergraduate in the School of Life Sciences, was published in a renowned international academic journal on June 6.

Hu’s research paper, which was published in the periodical journal Open Biology, was entitled “EmExplorer: a database for exploring time activation of gene expression in mammalian embryos.”

In January of this year, a paper written by Long Chunshen, also a student at IMU’s School of Life Sciences, was published in the periodical IEEE Access.

Bioinformatics has been playing an increasingly important role in many fields at the university’s School of Life Sciences. Students in related majors boast a number of academic achievements and have won many awards in professional fields.
