Professor Alatangaole from the School of Life Science of Inner Mongolia University (IMU), a university in North China’s Inner Mongolia autonomous region, was invited to participate and present reports at the fifth International Conference on Oncology and Research (Oncology-2019) held in Rome from July 25 to 29.
Sponsored by the Madridge conferences of the American-based Madridge publishers, the conference is an international event with wide influence. Nearly 100 scholars from more than 20 countries attended the conference, with two professors from Nanjing University and IMU selected to represent Chinese scholars.
At the conference, the paper titled "LPAR1: a potential thermal target maneuver for human lung cancer" submitted by Professor Alatangaole's research team was selected as the conference’s oral report.
Professor Alatangaole also had in-depth exchanges with scholars on hot issues in the field of oncology, and was elected as a member of the organizing committee of the sixth International Cancer Student and Therapy Conference (Oncology-2020), which will be held in Miami, Florida.
According to Professor Alatangaole, by participating in this conference he learned about the international frontiers in this field and put forward higher requirements and goals for his future research work.
