A promoting meeting was held by advocacy groups for the 60^th anniversary of IMU in Academy Conference Center on the 30^th of March. Tie Yong, associate director of preparation work leading group and vice-president, attended the meeting. Li Weimin, director of Publicity Department of Party Committee, presided over the meeting. Project leaders in various grades for IMU the 60^th Anniversary were present at the meeting.

During the meeting project leaders in various grades reported the work progress to vice-president, Mr. Tie Yong, in terms of the VIdesign, the development of anniversary souvenir, IMU Museum of History, propaganda film of IMU, feature film of IMU, calligraphy and painting photographic exhibition by students, alumni and teachers of IMU, the exhibition of old photos, publicizing and reporting in all-media and whole process. Having heard that, Mr. Tie Yong, the vice-president, communicated with project leaders in various grades regarding the advancing progress, scheduling, problems and difficulties in the progress of different projects. Besides, he arranged the further anniversary work for advocacy groups.

Mr. Tie Yong, the vice-president, emphasize each project should make clear the working tasks as well as the scheduling demand, find out the problems and difficulties in the progress of promoting and hold responsibility down to every level to implement for resolving in time. Moreover, according to the given working plan, works should be carried out steadily, publicity tasks should be completed chronologically. All the things done are to make sure the anniversary work proceeds successfully and orderly, and to show the achievements in all aspects of IMU construction as well as development.
