On March 29^th, the Central Group of School Committee held a special meeting in the No. 3 Conference Room of Conference Center to study the spirit of the 5^th Session of the 12^th National People’s Congress and the 5^th Session of the 12^th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and review the spirit of general secretary Xi Jinping’s speech in January 2014 when he went deep into our region to investigate and guided the work. The school CPC party secretary Zhu Bingwen hosts the meeting and school’s leadership members, all members of the central group of the CPC party committee, secretaries of the party general branch of the colleges and secretary of the Party branch that directly subordinates the CPC Party attend the meeting.

Secretary Zhu Bingwen conveyed the fundamental spirit and work arrangement of the 5^th Session of the 12^th National People’s Congress and the 5^th Session of the 12^th  National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC).

Vice-president Tie Yong led to review the spirit of general secretary Xi Jinping’s speech when he went deep into our region to investigate and guided the work.

In the concluding remarks, Secretary Zhu Bingwen made a few comments on how our school to study and carry out the spirit of Comrade Xi Jinping’s speech and the spirit of the “two meetings”: First, we must improve our ideological understanding, and adhere to the study of the spirit of Comrade Xi Jinping and the study and implementation of the “two meetings” spirit as an important political task in present and coming period. Second, we must rise our political stance more firmly and consciously maintain a high degree of consistency with the Central Party  Committee of which Comrade Xi Jinping is at the core in aspects of ideological, political and action, so that the study and implementation work will achieve tangible results. Third, we must improve work level and run the implementation of general secretary Xi Jinping’s speech and national “two meetings” spirit throughout the actual work, then transform them into a powerful driving force for “double first” building of our school.

Secretary Zhu Bingwen stressed that the school party organizations at all levels, all units and departments must follow the school’s unified arrangements to further enhance their own sense of mission and sense of responsibility, and realize their position should be high and action should be real. Take the strengthening of moral education and cultivation of people as a guide, grasp the ideological and political education of teachers and students and actively promote ideological and political work into the whole process of education, and really accomplish “keeping the canal sound then holding a good farm ”. And we must make efforts to improve the ability to run the school, take the implementation of the inspection and rectification program as an opportunity to improve the scientific level of party building work, build a loyal, clean and responsible contingent of cadres and create a positive, capable and successful working atmosphere. And we must further emancipate our minds, perfect our thinking and promote the reform. To implement the school’s annual task of the 13^th Five Year Plan, take the enhancement of personnel training ability as the center, deepen the education and teaching reform, innovate personnel training mode, perfect the integration of production, study and research and vigorously carry forward the “careful, firm and brave” spirit to promote the scientific development of our school, and present a gift to the 19^th National Congress of the CPC and the 70^th  Anniversary of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regions with a good mental outlook and outstanding achievements.
