On the morning of March 12th, Mr. Li Renhu, the director of Inner Mongolia Branch of Xinhua News Agency; Mr. Yin Yao, the deputy of vice editor-in-chief; Mr. Li Baoning, the director-in-office; Mr. Zhang Yunlong, the associate editor-in-chief; Mr. RenHuibin, the director of economy; Mr. Wu Rihan, the director of external affairs, and Mr. Yu Jia, the vice director of external affairs, carried out investigations in terms of the implementation on the national autonomy regulations and policies.
Before the researchn symposium, Mr. Zhu Bingwen, Secretary of the Party committee met and communicated with Mr. Li Renhuand and his fellows. Mr. Zhu Bingwen suggested that Xinhua News Agency is one of the national authority presses. Inner Mongolia Branch of Xinhua News Agency, has established a sound partnership with IMU for a long time, and plays an important role in IMU publicizing. Besides, Mr. Zhu Bingwen hoped that Inner Mongolia Branch of Xinhua News Agency could continue to support the publicizing work in IMU 60th Anniversary as much as before and give a hand to the ‘Double-First’ construction of IMU. And then, Mr. Li Renhu said that IMU is the key university supported by Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Inner Mongolia Branch of Xinhua News Agency would make full use of their platforms, help IMU delivery the ‘Double-First’ construction achievement as well as research findings and make contribution to ‘Double-First’ construction in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
In the following research symposium, there were ten scholars at national policy and research in ethnic theory, such as Qimeddorji , Bayinmend and Zhang Zhizhong, made a targeted speech in terms of national educational system, national autonomy regulations and the economy development of national area. And then they had a discussion and communication with Mr. Li Renhu.
