On the morning of February 21st, the National Procuratorial Educational Training Working Conference (The Awarding Ceremony for National Procuratorial Experts) was held in Beijing. Zhang who served in the People's Procuratorate of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, was the only one awarded.
Zhang, graduated from college of Electronic Information Engineering of IMU in 1999 and was admitted into People' s Procuratorate of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. He has been engaged in the investigation technology and is now the deputy director of the technical department. He is one of members (electronic data ) in the talent pool of technical information, and also is an expert on electronic data as well as an outstanding judicial officer relating with national procuratorate.
As an expert of electronic data and video recording technology, Zhang also exchanged views on the relevant technical forum and shared his technical achievements of procuratorial work, in addition to compiling teaching materials and outside teaching.
