On December 12, 2020, the Ministry of Education Center for the Control of the Quality and Security of Dairy Products(MECCQSD) held the meeting of its technology committee  for the year of 2020 in No. 4 meeting room of IMU’s Academic Conference Center.

Present at the meeting are Professor Du Ming, dean of the School of Food Science and Technology of Dalian Polytechnic University, Zhou Peng, research fellow with the State Key Laboratory of Food Science and Technology of Jiangnan University, Fu Caili, research fellow with Souzhou Research Institute of National University of Singapore, Yuan Zhanyou and Huang Xiaoping, research fellows of Yili Group, Professor Sun Zhihong of the College of Food Science and Engineering of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University, Wang Lifang, research fellow of Inner Mongolia Academy of Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Sciences, Zhang Lina, associate research fellow with the State Key Laboratory of Food Science and Technology of Jiangnan University, Professor Chogto, research fellow with Inner Mongolia Food Security Co; Ltd, Chen Haiying, chairman of the board of Inner Mongolia Menghe Testing Service Co; Ltd, Zhu Baohua and Bao Tulag, deputy directors of IMU Division of Science and Technology(DST), Zhang Jun, dean of the College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering(CCCE), Gu Xiaojun, deputy dean of the college, Professor Dong Aleder and Zhang Jun, directors of MECCQSD, doctor Wu Haixia, deputy director of MECCQSD and backbone staff members of MECCQSD.

The meeting was chaired by Professor Dong Aleder, director of MECCQSD.

Zhu Baohua, deputy director of DST, expressed his welcome and thanks to the experts present at the meeting and introduced the achievements made by MECCQSD. Zhang Jun, dean of CCCE, expressed his thanks to the experts present at the meeting for their support and help for the MECCQSD. He pointed out the important role MECCQSD plays in the “Double-First-Class” construction of CCCE and IMU and looked into the future development of MECCQSD. Dong Aleder, director of MECCQSD, introduced at great length the center’s operation, practical use of its research achievements and its contribution in the field concerned, discipline development and talent cultivation, source of its fund and management, and tasks, aims and management strategies for the near future. He also had a thorough exchange with the experts at the meeting. After Dong’s introduction, the members of the technology committee and experts at the meeting spoke highly of the work the center had done and gave their suggestions on the center’s platform construction, team building and technological efforts.

Meeting

During the meeting, the members of the technological committee and experts visited the laboratory of the center and gave advice on the perfection and development of laboratory’s experimental conditions. At this meeting, the technological committee members had thorough exchanges and wide discussions with the backbone members of the center and pointed out the direction for the center’s future development.
