On the afternoon of December 6, 2021, the ceremony for signing the strategic cooperation agreement between IMU and Inner Mongolia Branch of Agricultural Bank of China(IMBABC) was held at the branch. Chen Guoqing, president of IMU and Liu Congsheng, secretary of the CPC Committee of IMBABC attended the ceremony and delivered speeches at the ceremony. Liu Yongbin, vice president of IMU and some other leaders of the branch were present at the ceremony.

Chen Guoqin, president of IMU, said in his speech that IMU and IMBABC have a solid foundation for cooperation and deep friendship. IMBABC have been supporting IMU’s reform and development through its high-quality and efficient financial service and providing secure, convenient, efficient and strong support in fund accommodation, fund settlement, collection and payment business, financial planning service and informatization of IMU campuses. Chen Guoqing stressed that the Strategic Cooperation Agreement between IMU and IMBABC is further deepening of the cooperation between two sides and indicates that the strategic cooperation between two has stepped into a new phase. He hoped that two sides could complement each other in resources, coordinate their innovation endeavors and give full play to their own advantages to together help and support the social and economic development of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

Liu Congsheng, secretary of IMBABC, pointed out in his speech that as the first-level branch of Agricultural Bank of China, IMBABC has been regarding its support for educational development of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as a task focusing on people’s life and serving people’s life. The signing of the agreement has put into practice the strategic plan of the CPC Central Committee for accelerating education modernization and building an educationally strong country and made relationship between two sides closer. IMBANC will give full play to its “intelligence plus technology plus resource” advantages and provide most convenient, most superior and most powerful comprehensive support for IMU in such aspects as information system building, transformation of research achievements and allocation of financial resources to strongly support IMU’s “Double-First-Class” endeavor and contribute to China’s education.

Witnessed by guests present at the ceremony, Chen Guoqing and Liu Congsheng signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement between IMU and IMBABC respectively on behalf of IMU and IMBABC.
