Zhang Jie, an academic of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, was invited by Inner Mongolia University to deliver three academic reports at the university’s North Campus in Hohhot, the capital of North China’s Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, on April 18 and 19.
Zhang Jie, also a physicist mainly engaged in research on X-ray lasers and high-energy density physics, discussed lasers, the new technological revolution, and thermodynamics at the university.
Zhang’s reports offered IMU teachers, students, and guests an opportunity to learn about advanced technology.
