In addition to the regular Nadam competitions, this year’s event also featured experience activities and exhibitions of traditional culture. Organizers set up zones next to areas reserved for traditional competitions and invited specialists to explain the origins and rules of the competitions. Mongolian yurts were also built so people could experience traditional tea culture. More than 3,000 teachers and students have tried traditional Mongolian dairy products, such as milk tea and yogurt, at the event.
