Associate Professor Zhang Zhiqiang of the School of Philosophy of our university published monograph in the Commercial Press

Recently, Associate Professor Zhang Zhiqiang from the School of Philosophy of our University published a monograph entitled "A Study on Xiao Shafu’s Academic Thoughts" in the Commercial Press, with a total of 250,000 words revised from the Zhang's doctoral thesis. The book discusses the association between Xiao Shafu’s early Enlightenment theory and the Chinese modernization theory, and the combination of the basic principles of Marxism with the fine traditional Chinese philosophy. After the book was published, the official public account of the Commercial Press, China Philosophy History Association, the Chinese Confucius Society and other societies organized publicity and reprinted.

                                             

Zhang Zhiqiang, born in 1986, Ph.D., Wuhan University. His research focuses on pre-Qin Confucianism and 20th century Chinese philosophy. He is currently a member of the Inner Mongolia Region of the International Confucian Federation, a member of the Chinese Confucius Society, an executive director of the Inner Mongolia Philosophical Society, a member of the Expert Committee of Taiyuan Fushan Society, and a direct representative of the Inner Mongolia Disabled Persons' Federation. He has published more than 20 academic papers in periodicals such as Philosophical Research, History of Chinese Philosophy, Academic Monthly, Guangming Daily Theory Edition, Chinese Social Science Journal, Contemporary Chinese Thought, Confucius Academy, etc. Some of the papers have been reprinted in full by the Photocopying Newspaper Materials of Renmin University of China. He has published 1 academic monograph, compiled 1 textbook of Chinese studies, and participated in compiling 2 books of other Chinese studies. He has presided over a national Social Science Fund project, a youth project of Inner Mongolia Social Science Planning, and a project of Inner Mongolia Education Science "13th Five-Year Plan"; and has participated in the project commissioned by the Counsellors' Office of the State Council and the major bidding project of Guizhou Confucius School.
