On March 16th IMU held meetings in the south and north campuses in accordance with the higher authorities’ relevant requirements and the school party’s unified deployment. The Secretary of Committee for Discipline Inspection of the university Li Xiuliang specially deployed the development of “Four Winds” to conduct a thorough investigation, and intensively regulate the Plucking type corruption work. The principals of all departments attended the meeting.
The meeting conveyed the spirit of the development of “Four Winds” to conduct a thorough investigation, and intensive regulation of the Plucking type corruption work, which is deployed by the Autonomous Region Commission for Discipline Inspection. It also made specific requirements to the university’s implementation.
Li Xiuliang, the secretary strengthened that all principals of departments who are responsible to the department’s construction of the party conduct and of an honest and clean government, are supposed to take the responsibility practically, implement the work sturdily and guarantee the effect.
First, we are supposed to attach great importance to it. We should fully realize the long-term and arduous nature of work style construction.
Second, implement effectively. The meeting spirit should be communicated to all staff immediately. The avoidance of development of “Four Winds”, and intensive regulation of the Plucking type corruption work should be carried out among the school staff in deep, restricting the management,enforcing the discipline, keeping high pressure momentum and conducting the work effectively.
Third, tighten up the responsibility-investigation system. The university will conduct a thorough investigation of the behavior of violating the discipline, releasing the stricter and more intensive signals.
We should be stern to crack down all types of “Four Winds” issues, and severe to the Plucking type corruption work at the grassroots level, taking efforts to eliminating the micro corruption at its emerging stage. Problems should be dealt with severely and promptly, and strengthen administrative accountability of the person concerned and leaders of departments.
