
The 15th China Computer Federation (CCF) National Annual Conference on High Performance Computing (HPC) begins on Aug 21 at the Inner Mongolia Convention and Exhibition Center in Hohhot, capital of North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, on Aug 21.
Led by Gao Guanglai, the vice-president of Inner Mongolia University, a delegation attended the 15th China Computer Federation (CCF) National Annual Conference on High Performance Computing (HPC) began on Aug 21 at the Inner Mongolia Convention and Exhibition Center in Hohhot, capital of North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous.
The conference ran for four days and includes activities such as lectures, forums, competitions, training sessions, exhibitions, and talent recruitment activities. The conference is expected to attract more than 2,500 professionals in HPC, big data, and artificial intelligence.
According to local media reports, over 200 experts and scholars discussed the challenges of system operation maintenance, the optimization of HPC environments, HPC high-performance solutions, HPC's innovation and development trends, and breakthrough research in a number of fields at over 40 forums.
The latest HPC achievements and advanced HPC products were also be displayed at the exhibition hall built by Hohhot's Horinger New Area together with around 50 renowned companies, universities, and scientific research institutions.
