Visiting enterprises to promote employment, win-win cooperating to march towards a new chapter – Our school actively carries out the action of visiting enterprises to expand employment opportunities

Our school attaches great importance to the employment of graduates and deeply implements the "top leader" project in employment work. We fully implement the pro-employment strategy, expand high-quality employment opportunities, and strengthen cooperation between school, local government and enterprises, and promote the integration of industry and education. We also further optimize the employment structure of graduates in the city level, strengthen top-level design, actively carry out the special action of the Secretary and President visiting enterprises to expand employment and promote employment, coordinate with all staff, and rush towards each other, pressing the "acceleration key" for high-quality and full employment of the 2024 graduates.

The school takes active actions, which highlights precision and refinement, strives to build a solid foundation for cooperation between enterprises and us. Our school is deeply planning, strengthening communication, and making every effort to explore more employment opportunities for graduates. From April 16th to May 31st, school leaders led teams in the flesh to conduct in-depth visits by secretaries and principals to enterprises, expand employment opportunities, and promote employment in 12 leagues and cities in the autonomous region. This work has received positive response and strong support from various leagues, cities, and local enterprises and institutions. During this period, both the school and the local government had in-depth exchanges on campus recruitment, green channel talent introduction, talent cultivation, scientific research cooperation, and achievement transformation, and conducted on-site inspections of key industry enterprises in the area. Our school has further promoted deep cooperation with various leagues and cities, injecting new momentum into the coordinated development of the school, local government and enterprises, and providing talent support and intellectual guarantee for the successful implementation of the two major events in the autonomous region.

The league city attaches great importance to promoting interactive interconnection and igniting the "new engine" of cooperation among school, local governments and enterprises. The governments of various leagues and cities, as well as enterprises and institutions, actively provide internship and training bases, employment opportunities, and other resource support for the graduates of our university, providing a broader space for the development and struggle of IMU students. Up to now, seven municipal governments including Hohhot, Baotou, Wuhai, Ordos, Bayannur, Xing'an League, and Alxa League have organized and led local enterprises and institutions to conduct special talent recruitment activities at our school. There are as many as 432 participating units, providing up to 7630 positions, among which there are as many as 956 positions in the green channel talent introduction system. Leaders from five cities including Ordos City, Alxa League, Baotou City, Wuhai City, and Xing'an League visited our school to give lectures and recommendations, encouraging graduates to enhance their sense of responsibility and contribute their youthful energy in promoting high-quality development of the local economy and society.

Graduates actively participate and focus on integration, achieving a "rushing towards each other " with the league city. The action of visiting enterprises to expand employment and promote employment has been widely recognized by graduates. Our school actively guides graduates to understand the development, talent demand, and talent introduction policies of the league city, encourages graduates to go to the league city and grassroots level, and stimulates their enthusiasm and confidence in participating in the development and construction of the league city. Seven talent recruitment fairs attracted 4722 participants and 3088 resumes were submitted on-site. The talent and intelligence recruitment activities carried out by the league city at our school provided more high-quality employment opportunities for graduates, and built a broad platform for building their hometowns, and helped graduates contribute their talents to the construction of a beautiful Inner Mongolia.

At present, the special action of our school secretary and principal visiting enterprises to expand employment and promote employment has achieved phased results. Next, our school will continue to consolidate and expand the achievements of "visiting enterprises and expanding employment opportunities", continuously connect with various leagues and cities to carry out special talent recruitment activities at our school, deeply promote talent docking, and achieve mutual benefit and common development.
