They also unveiled the plaque for the “Channel Computing Resources from the East to the West” green computing power laboratory jointly built. The “Channel Computing Resources from the East to the West” green computing power laboratory is jointly built by the Hohhot Municipal People's Government, IMU and the Horinger New District. It will closely focus on the integration of storage and computing networks, computing power scheduling and typical application service scenarios in the field of green computing power, gather a group of scientists, transform and apply a number of advanced scientific and technological achievements, and promote the development of the entire industry chain of algorithms, computing data and computing power to create a Chinese cloud valley and a green computing power center.
At the China Mobile Intelligent Computing Center, the delegation toured various laboratories and heard about the center's construction and development from Ma Dongmei, Deputy General Manager of China Mobile Inner Mongolia Branch, and relevant department heads introduce the construction and development of the center, and focused on understanding the scientific research progress and achievement transformation and application of the computing power network joint innovation laboratory jointly built by China Mobile Inner Mongolia Branch and IMU. The computing power network joint innovation laboratory is the output carrier of the strategic cooperation between IMU and China Mobile Inner Mongolia Branch. Since its establishment in July 2022, the laboratory has been dedicated to tackling cutting-edge results in the direction of computing power networks. With the support and care of leaders at all levels of both sides and the joint efforts of laboratory researchers, remarkable results have been achieved. Many related projects involving mining monitoring and computing power utilization rate research have entered the key research period.
Among them, the "Autonomous and Efficient Patrol Solution for Drones Based on Beidou" won the third prize and popularity award of the China Mobile Maker Marathon in the university track.
At the intelligent computing center of China Telecom Cloud Computing Inner Mongolia Information Park, Cheng Tao and his delegation visited the center's exhibition hall and listened to Zhu Manchang, general manager of China Telecom Inner Mongolia Branch, Wang Qiang, deputy general manager, and relevant department heads introduce the progress of the center's project. The two sides unveiled the artificial intelligence joint innovation laboratory jointly built. The artificial intelligence joint innovation laboratory will accelerate technological breakthroughs and original innovations in the field of artificial intelligence by gathering top scientific research forces and industrial resources, which will help promote the implementation of "AI+" applications and promote the integrated development of the digital economy and the real economy in the autonomous region.
At Zhongke Supercomputing Technology Co., Ltd., Cheng Tao and his delegation learned in detail about the company's construction and development. The two sides unveiled the intelligent computing joint laboratory jointly built.
