On the morning of December 20th, the symposium to commemorate the 45th anniversary of the education for international students in China and the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the School of International Education, as well as the promotion meeting for the quality accreditation of higher education for international students in China was held at the Saihan Campus of our university. Li Temuerbagen, the head of the Outreach Department of the Information Office of the People's Government of the Autonomous Region, Liu Xiangfei, the head of the Science, Technology and Cooperation and Exchange Department of the Education Department of the Autonomous Region, Guo Xiujun, the deputy director of the Exit-Entry Administration Bureau of the Public Security Department of the Autonomous Region, Jin Xin, the deputy head of the Exit-Entry Administration Detachment of the Public Security Bureau of Hohhot City, and Du Xiaodong, the vice president of our university attended the meeting.

In recent years, the education for international students in China at our university has entered a crucial stage of improving quality and increasing efficiency. The School of International Education will actively fulfill the responsibilities of the main department, continuously build the brand of "Studying at Inner Mongolia University", regard the education for international students in China as an important part of the construction of the "Double First-Class" of the university, base itself on building an important bridgehead for China's "opening up to the north", promote the in-depth development of the open and internationalized school-running concept of Inner Mongolia University, and contribute to the construction of a powerful country in overseas study education.
