Four teachers from Inner Mongolia University or IMU scored top marks in Inner Mongolia autonomous region’s 11th teaching skills competition for young teachers in colleges and universities, according to university officials.
The contest was held at Inner Mongolia Normal University in Hohhot, the regional capital, on Oct 19-20.
Officials said the there was an arts courses group, science courses group, engineering courses group and Mongolian language group in this year’s competition.
Some 135 young teachers from 37 universities in the autonomous region signed up to participate.
After two days of competition, the four IMU teachers of IMU won second prize in the arts courses group, second prize in the Mongolian language group, the third prize in the science courses group and third prize in the engineering courses group.
