A launch ceremony for a university students’ practical base – set up by the College of Literature and Journalism of Inner Mongolia University (IMU) – took place recently, according to IMU officials.
They said it took pace at Wudinghe town in Uxin Banner, in Ordos, in North China’s Inner Mongolia autonomous region on Oct 29.
Wei Yonggui, dean of the College of Literature and Journalism, said at the ceremony that the construction and development of the center would provide opportunities for students to practice their skills.
It was is also a chance to further strengthen communications and exchanges with locals – to the mutual benefit of both sides in resource sharing in talent, technology, information and research and the development of media products.
According to IMU officials, the establishment of the practical base would help boost Wudinghe town’s development.
