IMU delegation stages recruitment drive at Jilin University

A delegation from Inner Mongolia (IMU) University participated in a special recruitment drive held at Jilin University in Changchun, Northeast China’s Jilin province on Nov 26, aiming to attract high-potential young scholars and top talent.

The recruitment drive is part of a series of special talent attraction activities being carried out by authorities in North China’s Inner Mongolia autonomous region.

At the event, Wang Yu, deputy director of the human resources department of IMU, gave a briefing on the recruitment conditions and recruitment measures at his campus, as well as its advantages as one of the national key construction universities in the central and western regions.

At the same time, Wang made a detailed introduction of the “Junma Plan" implemented by the school since 2017. This is a flexible talent introduction policy and an investment in the development of talent, he added.
