Constitution reading activity held at IMU

A constitution reading activity was held in Inner Mongolia University (IMU) in Hohhot, the capital of North China’s Inner Mongolia autonomous region, on Dec 4, according to IMU officials.

Dec 4, 2019 is the fifth National Constitution Day and the second Constitution Week, officials added.

IMU officials said that during the event, the volunteer team to promote the constitution -- comprising 63 outstanding student representatives from 21 colleges and schools of IMU -- read the document in audio form on IMU’s official WeChat public account from Nov 21 to Dec 4.

Zhang Yuting, a student representative, said in her speech that learning the constitution was the duty of all students. She said the constitution guaranteed people’s lives and everyone needed to work hard to boosting learning of the constitution.
